Rapid Response Notifications

With Rapid Response enabled, the Horizon3 AI Attack Team proactively assesses your assets for susceptibility to newly discovered N-day vulnerabilities, and sends email notifications to alert you if any of your assets are found to be exploitable. By default, all Org Admins and Users are subscribed to receive these notifications, but Read-only accounts are not subscribed.

There are two types of notifications:

  • Confirmed exploitability – these are personalized alerts that you'll receive if Horizon3.ai finds your environment's assets to be at risk. Each email links to a Rapid Response Details page with rich data about the discovered vulnerability and guidelines on remediating it.

  • A new Rapid Response test is available – this is a general email sent to all Rapid Response customers when Horizon3.ai publishes a new targeted test (which will also display the test as Available in the Rapid Response Portal view).
